Vintage: Homemaker Kitchen
Homemaker Kitchen (set 269) is probably the oldest set that I had in my collection when growing up. Released in 1979, I'm not sure how I even ended up with it as I was not even born yet. I do recall building it when I was a child and it took a lot of work going through all my bricks to find the parts I still have today.

While looking at the BrickLink inventory and pulling parts it took a bit to tell if a part was “vintage” or not. For example, I discovered I have four variants of the standard 2x2 tile when looking at the bottom.

Functionally they are all the same, but the mold differs slightly. This got me searching for other similar mold changes in parts I own. More information can be found in the Parts Variants section.
As far as the Homemaker Kitchen, most of the larger figure parts I rarely used growing up. I do remember using the blue baseplate for lots of different builds, as it was initially the only baseplate I had.
